How the Replyfiield website handles application and portal data.

2. Data collected
The form collects the selected plan, name, work email, business name, country or region, business type and optional phone number. Fixed-term applications can include a website or profile, business scale, relevant review sites, the main challenge and expected start date. Custom requests can include websites or brands, URLs, locations, approximate product or review volume, team size, review platforms, requested capabilities, preferred duration, optional budget range and a requirements description. The form also records required application-processing consent and the separate WhatsApp choice, including the wording version, time, source and opt-out status.
3. Purpose
The information is used to receive, store and manually review access applications, assess likely service fit and contact suitable applicants. It is not used by this website to activate an account, take payment or send an automatic acceptance.
4. Technical processing
Application records are stored server-side with a unique identifier, submission time, selected plan type and pending status. Fixed-term records include the displayed price. Custom records have no assigned price until a quote is agreed. A hashed request fingerprint is used for a short anti-abuse rate limit. Raw IP addresses are not intentionally stored in the application database by this implementation.
5. Processors and international processing
Application and portal records are stored in the operator-controlled server database. This codebase supports an optional Resend email notification integration, but it operates only when production credentials are configured. Before launch, the operator must document the actual hosting and email providers, their processing locations, relevant safeguards and any other enabled processors.
6. Retention, security and rights
Access to application and portal records is restricted to the server-side workflow and authenticated operator tools. Requests may be sent to the published support email. The lawful basis, retention schedule, deletion procedure, applicant rights, complaint authority and international-transfer information still require qualified legal review before production launch.
7. Application consent
The form requires explicit consent to process submitted details for application review. The checkbox is never preselected. Submitting does not create an account, take payment or subscribe the applicant to marketing.
8. Optional WhatsApp messages
A separate, unchecked choice covers WhatsApp messages about the application and account or service support. It is not required to apply and is not marketing consent. A phone number is required only if that choice is selected. No WhatsApp message is sent by this website; future messaging requires configured credentials, applicable consent, approved templates where required, opt-out suppression and human escalation.
