Begin where customers actually decide

List the places where prospects compare you or existing customers ask for help. Do not start with the longest possible portal list. Start with the few channels that shape real decisions for your business.

Score importance with three questions

For each channel, ask how relevant it is to purchase decisions, how frequently new feedback appears and whether your team can respond or follow up there. High relevance with clear ownership should come first.

Expand only when the first routine works

A smaller monitored set with dependable triage is better than a broad list nobody checks. Add another channel when the team can absorb it without creating an unmanaged queue.
